A very new experimental, dreamy, psychadelic band formed by 2 high school friends Pete TR (JRYNT/PLERN PAN PERTH) and Pipe (The Orange Rolls). To create their sound they have jam and improvised with many musician friends in rehearsal room including, So (Sodsing Bar @ Rangsitpirom), Nut (Helhammer666, Middle Finger), Mint (WK Osothsongkrau), Khun (Two Million Thanks), New (Zweed n Roll), Fame (Shadow Flare), P’Mo (Living Room), Tong (Cloud Behind) & Tuan (Cloud Behind).
“The name “LALA” come from the simple way to make sound with our mouth and also ‘La’ means donkey in Thai. It looks pretty stupid and easy but makes us feel excited about new things forever, that mean our music will both fun and boring ,experiment and non-experiment, beautiful and ugly, limit and no limit.. it’s up to you!”

Suryakant Sawhney on Vocals/Guitar/Synth/
The mental landscape of one Suryakant Sawhney is populated by objects in the mirror that are closer then they appear. As Lifafa - Urdu for "envelope" - he narrates this landscape through the variety of tools that someone of his creative pedigree has at their disposal. Luckily for us however, he has chosen to paint these pictures musically, pushing the namesake of his adopted alterego. In a post-Dilla world, we have grown accustomed to off-timings that somehow work. Under the (literal) cloak of Lifafa, Suryakant takes it further, creating sounds that drop off imaginary cliffs, disappear as if being sucked through an antigravity portal, and ooze with the viscosity of day old tamarind paste. This is the kind of music that one would likely hear if there was a disco located underneath a circus ground located somewhere between a sleepwalking summer stumble through Delhi and a film set sexually deviant sorceresses exorcising the malaise that most electronic music seems to be mired in.

Alter ego of Thai photographer Tada Hengsapkul, his music could easily make you want to lay down on a lounge chair and close your eyes and let the music take you to another space or get up and dance, either way Eyes Cafe and Syncho Sound gonna make you high. Blissed out on his collection of atmospheric balearic, experimental electronic music, Cambodian rock n’ roll, molum or experimental hip hop. Found commonly playing away from the club scene at art events and galleries.
